Ebony Flack

President

Ebony is a Commercial Property Paralegal at Ward Gethin Archer with a view of beginning SQE studies within the next year. This will be her third year on the Committee having served as VP and as a Publicity Rep.
As President, she is looking to refresh many of the long-standing processes within the CJLD including modernising our membership and ticketing systems to increase Committee efficiency and ensuring engaging with the CJLD is more user friendly for firms and attendees.
Ebony also sits on the Cambridgeshire Law Society’s Committee as the CJLD Representative and contributes to their quarterly publication The Cambridgeshire Lawyer.

Vice President
Olga Kyriakoudi
Olga is a second-year trainee solicitor at Greene & Greene Solicitors. Alongside her training contract, she is studying for SQE 1 and 2 at BPP University.
This is Olga’s third year on the committee, having previously served as Education Representative and Publicity Representative. As Vice President, Olga works closely with our President, Ebony, to support the growth of the division’s membership across firms in Cambridgeshire and to assist in refreshing and modernising the committee’s ways of working to improve accessibility for members.
Olga also serves as the National JLD Representative for the Cambridgeshire Junior Lawyers Division.
Treasurer
Ollie Dunn

Ollie is a Private Client Paralegal at Ashtons Legal and is due to commence his SQE studies this September. He graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2024 with a Postgraduate Diploma in Law, having previously completed a degree in Philosophy and German.
This is Ollie’s first year on the Committee, having become a member after joining Ashtons Legal in 2025. As Treasurer, he oversees the finances of the Cambridge Junior Lawyers Division, including budgeting and the organisation of events. Ollie is looking forward to connecting with fellow legal professionals across Cambridgeshire at upcoming events.
Isha White
Lead Publicity Representative

CJLD-CYPG Ball Liaison

Isha is a Trainee CILEx Lawyer (MCILEx) in the Commercial Property team at Ashtons Legal. She is currently studying the professional stage of the CPQ and is expected to qualify later this year.
Isha is continuing on the committee as publicity representative after being on the 2024 and 2025 committee as she enjoys publicising our events, contributing to the junior lawyers community and raising awareness of CJLD to others in similar positions. She also assists with the CYPG and CJLD junior lawyers annual ball.
Amira Qaiser
Publicity Representative

Amira has recently completed her LLB (Hons) Law degree from Anglia Ruskin University and is actively looking forward to connecting and promoting CJLD events and initiatives across Cambridgeshire. This is her second year in the Committee, having previously been in the role of an education representative.

Constantina Georgiou
Publicity Representative
Constantina graduated from Anglia Ruskin University in July 2025 with a law degree and has recently started a role as a paralegal in the Commercial Property team at Tees Law in Cambridge.
Constantina has joined the CJLD as a publicity representative to contribute to strengthening the society’s visibility, and helping create engaging content that showcases opportunities for junior lawyers across Cambridgeshire. She is particularly keen to bring early‑career legal professionals together and highlight the diverse pathways available within the profession.
Gintare Kucinskaite

Social Secretary
Gintare is a Private Client Paralegal at Ashtons Legal. This will be her second year on the committee having previously served as Treasurer.
Gintare is excited to serve as Social Secretary this year for the Cambridge Junior Lawyers Division because she is passionate about building a strong, supportive community among junior lawyers in Cambridge. She looks forward to organising engaging social events that create meaningful connections and help her peers feel more supported during the early stages of their legal careers. This role offers her the perfect opportunity to combine her enthusiasm for event planning with her commitment to making a positive impact in the local legal community.

Abbie Wastell-Child
Social Secretary
Abbie is a newly qualified Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Team at Ward Gethin Archer, qualifying in September 2025. As a Social Secretary, Abbie is looking forward to becoming more involved in the organisation of events. She is keen to bring young professionals together and provide a range of enjoyable events.
Zaynab Kassim

Social Secretary
Zaynab is a legal secretary/paralegal in the Family team at Buckles Solicitors and is studying for the SQE alongside this. This is Zaynab’s second year as a social secretary and she is keen to organise insightful and enjoyable events, committing to growing a wider community of emerging legal professionals within Cambridgeshire.
Emalie-Mei SintNicolaas

Social Secretary
Emalie-Mei is a second-year trainee solicitor at Irwin Mitchell, currently working within the Family Team. She has been a member of the CJLD since beginning her training contract in 2024, and this year marks her first on the committee as a Social Secretary.
As a Cambridge local, Emalie-Mei is passionate about showcasing everything the city and surrounding area have to offer junior lawyers- both professionally and socially. She is excited to help foster a vibrant, supportive, and fun community for early-career legal professionals across the region.
Sian Meaden
Social Secretary

Sian is a third-seat trainee solicitor at HCR Law currently in the Corporate team and will shortly be moving into the Commercial team for her final seat ahead of qualifying this September. As a Social Secretary, Sian is looking forward to playing an active role in Cambridgeshire’s legal community and helping to create opportunities for junior lawyers to connect. Sian is excited to organise a range of social events for members throughout the year.
Emma Piggott

Social Secretary
Emma is a first-year trainee solicitor at Ward Gethin Archer currently in the Family department, having completed her first seat in the Civil Litigation department. As a social secretary, Emma is excited to get involved with the organisation of events, aiming to make them as enjoyable as possible for members. Emma is looking forward to meeting members and to becoming more involved with the local legal community.

Alice is a first-year trainee solicitor, at Irwin Mitchell. She is currently in the Medical Negligence team. This is Alice’s first year as social secretary, and she is excited to meet other young lawyers in the Cambridge area. Alice wants to make it fun and easy for other young lawyers to connect and build not only professional relationships, but friendships to support them as they develop in their careers.
