The Cambridgeshire Junior Lawyers Division had their Virtual Cheese Tasting event on the 23 February 2021.
The night started off with an introduction from Mark Swallow, a Financial Consultant from Wesleyan, our kind sponsors of the night.
Clarissa and Camilla from the Cambridge Cheese Company hosted the Virtual Cheese Tasting event and ran us through a handpicked selection of cheeses paired perfectly with fruity condiments from around the world!
It was remarkable to hear the history of each cheese and how the cheeses were made and sourced from local farmers. Did you know that the colour in Red Leicester cheese was added by farmers as it was believed the darker the cheese, the finer quality?
Lastly, we would like to thank everyone who joined us, and our committee members for planning and delivering another Brie-lliant event.
